The Caledonian Brewery, in the heart of Edinburgh, is the home to Deuchars IPA. Opened in 1869, this Victorian masterpiece of manufacture has been described as living, thriving and working museum, dedicated to the craft of making great beer.

Unique in Britain, and the last brewery in Edinburgh, the Caledonian Brewery has survived two world wars, two fires and is still going strong producing beer in the same hand finished style in the 21st century as it was in the 19th century.

Tours

Are only available via booking with a minimum requirement of 5 people. Tours cost £10 per head, which includes a tutored tasting session in the brewery’s sample cellar. Over 18’s only.
